The upcoming summer will be even hotter than usual. The alert was launched last week by Aemet, Spain's meteorological agency, based on Copernicus, the European Union's Earth observation program.
According to their projection, “there is a very high probability of 70% to 100%” that temperatures will rise above normal in Portugal, in almost all of Spain, in southern Europe, and in North Africa, in the coming months.
Air Conditioner already is an essential or basic need for most people living in Portugal.

If I keep saying this will be the hottest summer ever I will eventually be right. President Marcelo stated last summer that 2023 would be a terrible year for forrest fires but it turned out to be one of the least affected years. Predictions are on average innacurate especially weather predictions. Enjoy the summer everybody, it will be what it will be.

Here we go again....more fear porn!! We've had months and months of miserable, cold wet weather rotting everything , so we must start talking about "the hottest temperatures ever" when are hardly out of our boots and jerseys, nearing June!???? Frankly mind boggling!
