The old Madalena campsite, in Vila Nova de Gaia, in the Porto district, will be the venue for Marés Vivas for the third consecutive year and will be divided into five stages and a restaurant space.

The main stage, where the performances begin at 6:30 pm, will feature 12 artists, four each day.

On the first day, the highlight goes to the Portuguese boy band D'ZRT and British Take That, joined by the Portuguese Syro, an artist who also performs for the first time at Marés Vivas, and DAMA.

On the remaining stages, and until the venue closes at 03:00, it will be possible to hear Catana, Bianca Barros, Leo 2745, Fernando Rocha or David Silva.

On the second day, the main stage will be the British James Arthur and North American Ben Harper who, after 14 years, returns to perform at this festival, as well as the Portuguese artist Marisa Liz and the singer and English singer Rag'n'Bone Man.

Soraia Tavares, Insert Coin, Jel, Jonas, and Dagu make up this day's lineup.

The 16th edition of Marés Vivas closes with the Scottish alternative rock band Snow Patrol and Louis Tomlison, who was part of the boy band One Direction, which he left in 2016.

In addition to these international artists, the third and final day of the festival will feature the presence on the main stage of the Portuguese Ornatos Violeta, who already performed here in 2019, and António Zambujo with the songs “Pica do 7” or “Lambreta”.

The artists Rúben Branco, Diana Castro, Mundo Segundo & Convidados or Jura fill, on this day, the remaining stages spread across the venue.

During Marés Vivas, the Sociedade de Transportes Coletivos do Porto (STCP) will provide a shuttle service that, between 16:00 and 04:00, will connect Aliados (Porto) and the entrance to the venue.

Starting in downtown Porto, buses dedicated to this special service will pass through Ponte do Infante, Rua Conselheiro Veloso da Cruz and Quinta do Fojo, for a total of 20 stops to their destination.
