Teams from all five clubs across the Algarve played each other over the nine weeks in early summer. This is quite a unique competition for bowlers in the Algarve as it provides the opportunity for all teams to play together on the same green and on the same day and to enjoy the camaraderie between all bowlers.

This year's very deserving winners were Pedras Panthers, who remained undefeated throughout all league matches, with Valverde Vulcans coming very close as Runners Up. Congratulations to Captain Russ Malin and Eddie Vine and their Team and to all the other 100 bowlers who participated in all matches in some glorious sunshine here in the Algarve. All players and guests enjoyed a post matches celebration during the trophy presentations.

Lawn and Carpet Bowls continue throughout the rest of the summer and any non-members are most welcome to come along and enjoy a game of bowls at the weekly roll-ups.
