In a draft resolution, which is only a recommendation, Pessoas-Animais-Natureza stresses that Portugal currently has breast milk banks at the Alfredo da Costa Maternity Hospital in Lisbon and at the São João University Hospital Centre in Porto, and called for the creation of the network in regions that do not yet have this service, namely the Centre, Alentejo and Algarve.

The party demands that the 2022 State Budget include "a measure to create a network of breast milk banks by installing a milk bank in each regional health administration", but claims that since then only one human milk bank has been opened at the São João University Hospital Center in Porto. PAN also emphasises the importance of creating policies that facilitate breastfeeding, such as "adequate parental leave, suitable work environments for breastfeeding and access to health services that promote breastfeeding".
