Images of the 5.3 earthquake shared on social media

A 5.3 magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale was recorded this morning off the coast of Sines. Many people shared the moment the earth shook in Portugal on social media.

According to the IPMA, the epicentre of the quake was recorded at 5:11 am, 60 kilometres west of Sines.
