Lisbon: It is to be a dry weekend in the capital with hazy high cloud expected on Saturday and highs of 24 degrees. On Sunday intermittent cloud cover is forecast with highs of 26 degrees. Monday will be feeling warmer still with highs of 27 degrees and lows of 14 degrees. From Tuesday there will be a chance of rain.

The north: hazy high cloud is predicted over the weekend with temperatures peaking at highs of 21 degrees on Saturday and 24 degrees on Sunday. On Monday and Tuesday there will be a chance of showers but it will feel warm with average daily highs of 24 degrees and average nightly lows of 11 degrees.

The centre: Over the weekend hazy high cloud is forecast with highs of 22 degrees on Saturday and highs of 24 degrees on Sunday. It will be feeling warmer on Monday with temperatures peaking at 26 degrees. On Tuesday the chance of rain is to increase and temperatures are to fall slightly to highs of 25 degrees.

The south: On Saturday hazy high cloud is forecast with highs of 25 degrees and lows of 17 degrees. From Sunday until Tuesday a mixture of sunshine and intermittent cloud is expected with highs of 26 degrees and lows of 17 degrees. From Wednesday temperatures are to drop slightly with northerly winds.

Madeira: Intermittent cloud cover is forecast for Saturday with highs of 26 degrees and lows of 22 degrees. On Sunday clear skies are expected with highs of 26 degrees and lows of 20 degrees. From Monday intermittent cloud cover and prolonged sunny spells are expected.

The Azores: Rain is forecast to continue over the weekend, although some sunny spells are expected on Saturday and Sunday when temperatures are to reach highs of 26 degrees, with lows of 21 degrees. The showers are to ease off slightly from Monday but are to continue for the remainder of the week.
