Kicking off his world tour later this month, Gervais recently announced the first set of UK shows, all of which sold out immediately. He will visit 11 of the UK’s most important theatres and arenas, in cities including York, Oxford, Newcastle, Manchester, St Albans, Brighton, Nottingham, Liverpool, Cardiff, Ipswich and Birmingham.

Fresh from the completion of his latest stand-up special, ARMAGEDDON, which won a Golden Globe, reached number one on Netflix and set the world record for the highest-grossing comedy show of all time, MORTALITY will also be filmed for Netflix.

Gervais said: “We’re all going to die. So we might as well laugh about it. *Mortality* tackles the issues of life. And death. Bring it on.”

Tickets for the show cost between €45 and €90 and are available from here.
