“Within the scope of road safety, the Government will promote legislative changes on driving under the influence of psychotropic substances and will begin reviewing the Traffic Code”, says the proposal.

The document also states that it is the executive's intention to “increase the interoperability of traffic violation management systems, strengthen automation mechanisms and continue with the dematerialisation of administrative procedures, thus improving their efficiency and effectiveness”.
