Wherever you are in the world, different parts of the same country refer to things in different ways.

In Porto, if you go into your local bar to order a ‘Fino’, you will be served a small beer. In the central and southern regions of Portugal, this is referred to as an ‘Imperial’.

A ‘Prego’ consists of a small beef patty, which is normally served as a standalone dish or a sandwich, and of course, being Portuguese, piri-piri is not very far away!
