Urban Hygiene Councillor Duarte Cordeiro made the affirmation during a meeting held to discuss a petition against noise and in defence of heritage, the environment, safety and sustainable tourism development.
During the meeting , the councillor said he was perfectly aware of what went on in historic neighbourhoods regarding bars and drinking on the streets at night, and said it is a complex problem that requires an integrated approach and continuous monitoring.
