Lisbon is where most of the new cases have emerged.

On Monday, Prime Minister António Costa announced specific measures for Lisbon, including the reinstatement of the ban on gatherings of more than ten people, closing trade at 8 pm and limits on the sale of alcoholic beverages and drinking alcohol in public spaces.

Looks like Portugal wants to kill off any Lisbon City Tourism. Everybody who knows the Portuguese lifestyle can see what closing trade at 8 pm and limits on the sale of alcoholic beverages and drinking alcohol in public spaces really means.
