The proposal is set to be discussed tomorrow, and foresees the possibility of municipal lockdowns, as is currently the case with three northern cities. This announcement follows remarks by Prime Minister António Costa who, while admitting that all measures to contain the spread of Covid-19 are on the table, the government would look to cause the least amount of disruption to people’s lives.
