José Avillez (restaurant Belcanto, two Michelin stars) will be “coordinating the great culinary festival”, which will also involve Miguel Rocha Vieira (Fortaleza do Guincho), Henrique Sá Pessoa (Alma), Joachim Koerper (Eleven), João Rodrigues (Feitoria), Alexandre Silva (Loco) and Sergi Arola (LAB by Sergi Arola), all of whom have one Michelin star.
The ceremony is going to be held in Lisbon’s Pavilhão Carlos Lopes to mark the 10th anniversary of the public presentation of the Michelin guide.
Until this year, the unveiling of the yearly Michelin guide has always been carried out in different Spanish cities, which disputed the organisation among themselves.
