The 34-year-old Polish woman landed on a patio covering on a building in the Vila Paraíso urbanisation in Pedra Mourinha.
It is understood she suffered fractures; it is not yet known what caused the landing, a significant distance from the nearest airfield, to go wrong.

Another accident! Just a few weeks ago a skydiver's main parashoot landed next to our house. When he picked it up it turned out that he just nearly escaped fatality. I wonder why there are in average 3-4 serious accidents per year. Probably low safety standards.
