Overlooking the Vilamoura Marina, recently voted the international marina of the year, Algarvexpo was created to showcase leading products and services from the prestigious ‘Golden Triangle’ area.
Organisers say the event will aim to offer visitors the opportunity to discover a vast range of leading products and services as well as the opportunity to talk face-to-face with specialists who can answer questions and provide demonstrations of what they have to offer.
While there, visitors can also try a range of food, or even sample street food. Take time to meet new people; chat with interior designers, choose a spa, sample some of the region’s best wines, try out some excellent outdoor furniture.
There will also be the opportunity to discuss investment portfolios with an international London-based firm or real estate experts, though this will take place in a relaxed, chic environment.
A vinyl-only disc jockey will also be making an appearance at the event over the weekend, while the New Orleans Jazz Band (pictured) will be performing their considerable repertoire of memorable tunes on Saturday afternoon near the street food section which will range from healthy salads to Mexican delicacies.
Other features at the exhibition will include painting, mosquito prevention, leather restoration, energy solutions, heating and cooling, interior and exterior decorations, windows and doors, spas, a garden centre and outdoor displays, tax consultants, foreign exchange, bureaucratic services, hotel equipment, funeral plans, golf simulator and coaching, education, cars, an art gallery, cork coating and even luxury sleeping bags.
The Algarvexpo has developed from the Golden Triangle Exhibition, which outgrew its previous venues. The new venue overlooking the Marina gives the exhibition the space to follow its natural course of continued expansion.
Algarvexpo will take place at Vilamoura Marina, next to the Lake Resort Hotel, on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 September and is supported by Vilamoura World, Vilamoura Marina, Loulé Town Hall, Kiss FM, Safe Communities Algarve and Inframoura.
The location can be found by turning right at the Galp fuel station when entering Vilamoura from its western entrance from where sign posts will indicate the route.
Opening times are from 11am to 6pm both days. Entry is free.
