Specifically, our seahorse, whose population has drastically decreased in the last years,
calling into question its survival, the students of several classes embraced
this project and developed artworks where they explored various materials,
techniques, and supports to elaborate their works of art. The intention is for
this activity to become more comprehensive, resulting in a cross-group project
throughout our different schools to raise awareness for the protection of the
biodiversity in the Ria Formosa, appealing to an intergenerational
responsibility.
