The study, developed by Neves de Almeida HR Consulting and
ISCTE Junior Consulting, draws a picture of what the reality of the labour
market in People management in 2023 is expected to be.
In terms of sectors, it is in Transport and Infrastructure,
Energy, and Health and Pharmaceuticals that the most optimistic perspectives
for 2023 are found, according to the study.
With regard to recruitment, this is a "reality that is
particularly notorious in the Energy, Tourism, Technology, Media &
Telecommunications sectors", according to a statement reported by Notícias ao Minuto.
"The need to increase or equalise the focus on
recruitment is transversal to all sectors. This phenomenon can be explained by
the competitive environment that exists in relation to the search for talent.
Companies are dedicating more and more resources to recruitment because only
through qualified employees will be able to boost their business",
emphasises Pedro Rocha e Silva, CEO of Neves de Almeida HR Consulting.
