“The Judiciary Police, through the Lisbon and Tagus Valley Board, in an investigation carried out by the Lisbon DIAP, identified and detained three Portuguese men, aged 24, 22 and 21, for having strong indications of the practice of crimes of qualified homicide and offense to qualified physical integrity”, reads a statement.
According to the PJ, the investigations “allowed the gathering of strong evidence of the authorship of the crimes committed and supported the issuance, by the competent Judiciary Authority, of arrest warrants”.
“Home and non-home searches were carried out on the three defendants, focusing on their residences, vehicles and military unit”, the statement concluded.
