According to a report by Publituris, the new hotel, the result of an investment of around €5 million and covers an area of more than 42,000 square metres.
In addition to providing well-being services, the objective of the project is to offer tools for food re-education and physical, mental and emotional balance so that customers can apply them in their daily routines, after their stay.
“Solar Alvura was designed as a place to take care of the body and mind. We promote facilities and support so that our guests can experience and adopt habits for a life with more quality and happiness” Eva Orsmond told Publituris.
“Each program was designed to obtain effective results, but without radical restrictions”, explains the doctor.

That is a great idea. Now restaurants need to follow and serve only weight reducing food and healthy deserts without sugar. On another note someone needs to teach restaurants how to make "beautiful" salads with tomatoes, onions, eggs, lettuce cut into small pieces instead of the large chunks suitable to feed animals.
