Rua Alto do Duque, in the capital, and Avenida Brasil, in
Cascais, lead the ranking of the areas where property prices are highest in
Portugal.
According to a study by Idealista, buying a house on the
most expensive street in the country costs, on average, 4.44 million euros.
According to the company, "this is the amount requested
by the owners of the exclusive Rua Alto do Duque, located in Belém, in
Lisbon".
Completing the podium of this luxury ranking are Avenida
Brasil, in Cascais, with an average price of €3.10 million, and Avenida
Almirante Gago Coutinho, in the Alvalade area of Lisbon, where buying a house
costs, on average, €3.03 million.
