According to a note from the Cape Verdean Government, the
protocol will be signed at the start of the three-day official visit that the
Minister of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security of Portugal, Ana Mendes
Godinho, will carry out in the archipelago, and “happens within the scope of
the strengthening of cooperation ties in the Labour and Social Security
sector”, without giving further details.
The Prime Minister of Cape Verde, Ulisses Correia e Silva,
had already announced on October 5 that the Government was negotiating with
Portugal an agreement that guarantees protection and safeguarding of rights
under the employment contract for Cape Verdean workers who want to join labour
mobility.
As if Lisbon didnt have enough Timorese living in Martim Moniz.

Ok, here we go again:1rst- What did the Timor people (living in Martim Moniz?) ever do to you? 2nd-Why does your brain conflate Cape Verdeans with East Timorese? (You sound racist; I´m still figuring out what makes s.o. consistently, deliberately and gratuitously denigrate anyone that has the slightest/greatest shade of skin colour. And at this rate, I might die without ever grasping it, but I will expose the comedy of errors/horrors that go into racist people´s sad excuse for brains.)

Guida, this is not a racist question - where are all these people going to live??? And will they be given decent, dignified living conditions or be thrown into more ghettos?
