Coldest day of winter

All districts on the mainland are under a yellow weather warning due to the low temperatures today, with the chilly temperatures expected to persist until Wednesday (IPMA).

The Algarve is under a yellow warning until 6am Wednesday. The weather forecast for today ranges from minimum temperatures of between six degrees centigrade, in Faro, and minus six degrees in Guarda.
