Five mainland districts of Portugal will be under a yellow weather warning on Wednesday due to the forecast of strong winds, according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).

The districts of Faro, Setúbal, Lisbon, Leiria and Beja will be under the yellow warning because of strong wind with gusts of up to 75 kilometres per hour between 12:00 pm on Wednesday and 12:00pm on Friday.
These five districts are joined, from 12:00 on Thursday and until 00:00 on Friday, by the districts of Porto, Viana do Castelo, Aveiro, Coimbra and Braga, also because of the strong wind.
