The community contributes by visiting their charity shops, ‘Pop-Ups’ or one of their popular events. The most recent event, was Anita’s ‘Kings & Queens’ special pre-coronation, buffet lunch, garden party. A huge success with 45 guests. Crowned or not, with many hand-made beauties on sale. “Just in case!” Anita’s friends Paul and Pasi took time out of their busy business to lend a hand. The delicious food was freshly prepared, bountiful and beautifully displayed, with help from Jane APAA’s VP, Alla, Patricia and Liz on the door. “Our venues are certainly becoming infamous!” Jenny has finally sat down with her co-workers to have a drink and relax. “The tickets sell out very quickly. So book early for the next one.” Cheers, we will! (info.apaaportugal@gmail.com).
