In the 2020-2022 period, life expectancy at birth was estimated at 80.96 years, 78.05 years for men, and 83.52 years for women.
This is, "in relation to the previous three years, an increase of 0.01 years for men and a decrease of 0.01 years for women, as a result of the increase in the number of deaths in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic".
Life expectancy at age 65, in the period 2020-2022, was estimated at 19.61 years for the total population.
"At age 65, men could expect to live 17.76 years and women 20.98 years, which corresponded to a slight decrease (-0.01 years) for men and no change in life expectancy at 65 years of women, compared to 2019-2021. In the last ten years, life expectancy at age 65 increased by 9.7 months for men and 8.5 months for women".

It is not an error. Life expectancy is a statement of probability. Those of us who survive to a senior age have beaten the odds and thus have a higher probability of living longer vs the life expectantcy of the total population at birth. This is how life expectancy works.
