The beach pavilion is a favorite among visitors, and it's easy to understand why.
The Holiday Inn is nicely situated along the promenade and has direct access to the beach. Guests can conveniently park their cars for free in the small car park provided by the hotel. Alternatively, there is a larger general car park to the right of the hotel where free parking is also available.
To reach the restaurant, one can take the lift to the -1 floor through the hotel or use the stairs located in the small square to the left of the hotel, providing direct access to the beach.
Despite its modest size, the restaurant offers a surprisingly extensive menu. In addition to fish and meat options, there are two vegan dishes available: vegan cheese risotto and lasagna with vegan cheese.
The main courses start at 17.50 euros.
The dining area consists of five tables indoors and fifteen under the veranda. The ambience is cozy and inviting.
We began our meal with a delightful glass of wine and a bottle of refreshing Monchique water. As we enjoyed our starters—gazpacho, vegetable soup, and a vibrant salad—we soaked in the beauty of the beach surroundings and watched Elyas play.
For our main courses, we savored a superb mushroom risotto, one of the best we've ever tasted.
The lasagna was equally impressive, with a delightful texture and rich flavor.
To conclude the meal, we indulged in a healthy dessert featuring a medley of red fruits, including strawberries and cherries.
It's no wonder that guests frequently return to Palm Beach Pera. The atmosphere is peaceful, the hosts are exceptional and experienced, and the food is outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend it!
P.S. If you're interested, a beach set comprising two loungers and a parasol can be rented for 18.50 euros per day.
