Diana Cooper, an author of over thirty books on spirituality, which have been translated into more than twenty languages, and who has inspired thousands of people around the world, will be flying to the Algarve to host a life-changing event.

The Ascension Power Boost to the Golden Future will take place at the Hotel São Rafael Atlântico in the Algarve on October 22nd from 10am to 5.30pm.

This will be an enlightened Sunday where the programme, which Diana Cooper has kindly prepared for us, will raise the energy, not only of each individual who attends but of the whole world that deeply needs it.

“The event is really important because it can change the frequency of the whole world. The event will put everybody in alignment with Archangel Raphael, who is the angel of healing and abundance. Archangel Raphael is in charge of the third eye chakra”, she said.

According to Diana, the third chakra is intuition, enlightenment and abundance. In other words, it is the belief that we can have what we want for our highest good and is what sustains the planet. "If you open your third eye, you start looking for abundance. You have the awareness that the universe can give you your heart’s desire and your life changes, and so does the planet."

Diana Cooper’s mission for this day is to help the planet jump shift into a higher frequency. “I have been told to prepare people all over the world to do this meditation, but I will do it live in Portugal”. However, it will also be broadcast online for those unable to attend.


Programme

During the morning Diana Cooper will be facilitating a third eye meditation and visualisation for Archangel Raphael. Then, after a tea break, it will be Adrian Lee's turn to do an Akashic Record clearing for all who attend this event. "Even if you've done it before, it will take away new layers of things we're holding on to. It's fantastic. He has the genuine ability to do it."

As for meditation, "my guidance is that I have to do it myself every day. I do the meditation every day. I thought I was going to get bored, but I didn't. The energy that comes to me is stronger and stronger every morning when I do it. It's extraordinary," she said.

Apart from the moments of meditation, it will be a fantastic time of connection. "I like everyone to open their throat chakra and talk right from the start. That gets people connected. This is all about connection. It's not about one person doing this. It's about increasing the frequency and being part of it. I usually do different exercises, whatever feels right for me at the time," she added.


What is the Golden Future?

In the articles Diana Cooper has written for The Portugal News, she has talked about the planet's rise to the Golden Future, but if you haven't come across this term yet, “the golden future is a time where everybody is 5th dimensional, where everyone lives in peace, harmony and love together. Everybody is working for the highest good of all so it is a time of soul satisfaction”, Diana Cooper said.


How can we contribute to a better place?

“The first thing is to live as if we were already in the Golden Future and that is with love, caring and compassion. But on this day just participating in the meditation to merge with your Monad and adding your energy can make a difference in your life, and it will make a difference to the whole planet”, she said.

According to Diana Cooper, the meditation they will be doing in the event is very important because it raises our frequency, which will automatically touch other people and raise them even if they are not conscious of it.

“One of the things we will be doing in the meditation is creating our own archangel aura with 12 archangels, and if then you do the meditation often enough it becomes your permanent aura. Those energies are permanently there and when that happens then you don’t take on other peoples’ energies”, she added.

When I asked Diana how she has the courage to speak out loud about the spirit world in general and about angels in specific, she told me that she once felt worried about it at first, but then an angel came and asked her "Who is running your classes? Your ego or your higher self?" and since then she has been following her higher self.
