According to idealista news, the Native real estate project is located in Belas Clube de Campo in the municipality of Sintra. The project was developed by Kronos Homes with an investment of around 50 million euros.

The project consists of apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms and has a contemporary design, with straight, clear lines and tones linked to the landscape. Several townhouses are also included, some by the architect Miguel Saraiva and others by the architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes, where the immense natural light and swimming pools stand out.

The initial offer has 80 units, including apartments and townhouses, with prices starting from 285 thousand euros, with the chance of developing a custom-made house for each family.

Architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes says, in a statement, that the place is “surrounded by the forest, the project is inspired by the roots that families will create here. Giving them the ideal address to live, work and grow”.

With the entry of Kronos Homes in the management and development of Belas Clube de Campo, the rental project arises in the sense of responding to young families who want to escape the centre of Lisbon and have a life closer to nature, not giving up, however, the urban lifestyle.

Another highlight is the Jardim-Escola João de Deus de Belas, which opened in 2020 and has state-of-the-art facilities and sports equipment and has capacity for around 500 children, from nursery to 2nd cycle.
