The company, which does business under the brands Space and Regus, claimed that the decision was made in response to the rising demand for hybrid working.
The 15,230 square foot building has 215 desks, 70 private offices, meeting rooms, workspaces, a café and more. It comes after Donnybrook House underwent a thorough renovation in 2018. On the project, the business is collaborating with MM Capital.
Derek Poppinga, Managing Director of MM Capital, said: “We are pleased to welcome such high-calibre tenants to Donnybrook House.
“Spaces will enhance the building's contemporary and innovative environment by bringing a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere there.”
IWG added 400 new locations during the first half of the year, and it intends to add 1,000 more over the following 12 months.
REGUS in Clonakilty at the West Cork Business & Technology Park, as well as Spaces in Dublin Airport Central, were just recently opened.
According to Mark Dixon, CEO & Founder of IWG, “Our growing footprint highlights that more and more companies are discovering that flexible working boosts employee happiness and satisfaction while helping the environment.”
Our workplace model has also been shown to boost productivity and enable cost-effective business growth or contraction.
