This comes after TechNexus Venture Collaborative, a US technology investor, and Business Venture Partners (BVP), a well-known Irish EIIS fund, contributed an additional €2.5 million.

The business focuses on robotic non-destructive testing solutions, and its clientele includes organisations in the food manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and energy sectors.

Additionally, Invert Robotics maintains offices in the US, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

According to Neil Fletcher, CEO of Invert Robotics, "Invert's solution is the future of asset maintenance because our robots can go where other robots cannot and people shouldn't."

“This investment from the 2022 BVP EII Fund further supports our vision of ensuring that every worker safely returns home each and every day by removing workers from all hazardous inspection environments.”

Stephen Burdock, executive director of BVP, continued, "We are inspired by the Invert Robotics team and support their goal of utilising technology to provide a sustainable and safe working environment in tight or dangerous areas.

“It will be possible to complete tasks remotely and remove the need for people to enter these environments by expanding the product sales division.”
