On December 22, the Just Like That actress and businesswoman landed at Dublin Airport from New York with her family in preparation for celebrating Christmas and New Year's in Ireland.

Early on New Year's Day, Ms. Parker wrote on Instagram about her new custom, quoting Brooke Hampton, and stating, “It's forever now a tradition in the Broderick-Parker home.” She gave thanks to a friend who had told her about it.

“It's customary in Ireland to open your front door to welcome the new year in and your back door to let the old one goes on New Year's Eve at midnight. The old is gone and the new is in. That's nice.”

“A toast to 2023, to the year ahead, and to all of you,” Ms. Parker continued. "As the year draws to a close, I hope you find yourself somewhere joyful, whether it be with a loved one, a great book, a mouthwatering meal, or all of the above. To all of you, near and far. SJ X".

The well-known actress is vacationing in Donegal before making her West End debut later this month in the Plaza Suite at London's Savoy Theatre.

The actor will participate in the January 15 March 31, 2024, run of the play, together with her spouse.

The three distinct couples whose experiences Plaza Suite tells are each portrayed by Parker and Broderick.

The actors portray Karen and Sam, a long-married couple who could be about to call it quits on their union. Former high school sweethearts Muriel and Jesse appear to be here to stay.

According to the official description of the programme, Norma and Roy are the bride's parents, and they are prepared to celebrate their daughter's marriage.

Broadway has already had a production of the play.

The actress has a vacation house in Donegal, where she travels often with her family. A few years ago, they expanded their secret residence.
