Delta is the leader among the brands with the greatest relevance and reputation in the country in 2023, according to data from RepScore, a study prepared by the consultancy OnStrategy that analyses the relevance and emotional reputation of brands with the Portuguese. There are 10 more brands this year with a “reputation of excellence” (more than 80 points), compared to last year.

According to the published ranking, Delta recorded 83.2 points – 0.6 points less than last year, in which the brand was also the leader of the ranking -, and among the five best-ranked brands is Nestlé (82.6), Luso (82.4), Nestum (82.4) and Olá (82.1).

Compal (81.8), Água das Pedras (81.6), Nívea (81.2), Gillette (80.8), Multibanco (80.8), Terra Nostra (80.7), Google (80.6 ), Vitalis (80.5), Colgate (80.5), Microsoft (80.5), Oliveira da Serra (80.4), Delta Q (80.3), Gallo (80.2), Sumol Compal ( 80.2), Cerelac (80.1), Danone (80.1) and Farmácias Portuguesas (80), complete the list of 22 brands that stand out as excellent, having a rating above 80 points.

The study is based on fieldwork that takes place throughout the year with a sample of around 50,000 people and in accordance with the certification of standards ISO20671 (strategy and strength assessment) and ISO10668 (financial assessment), analysing the attributes associated with relevance, consideration, trust, admiration, purchase intention, preference, recommendation and advocacy.

For the 100-point scale, more than 2,000 brands were audited (associated with more than 70 sectors of activity).
