Today, all districts on the mainland are at very high risk of exposure to UV radiation, except Portalegre, Évora, Beja, and Faro, which have high levels.

Temperatures will range between 24ºC and 39ºC, with Castelo Branco being the hottest district and Viseu the one with the lowest temperature.

At the weekend, all districts are at very high risk, and on Monday, nine will have high levels and the rest moderate.

The Azores archipelago will be at very high risk of exposure to UV radiation between today and Monday.

Today, Madeira Island has very high levels and Porto Santo has high levels. At the weekend and on Monday, they will be at very high risk.

The ultraviolet radiation scale has five levels, between extreme and low risk.

For regions at extreme risk, the IPMA recommends avoiding sun exposure as much as possible.
