Bright International School will be hosting its annual Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, the 16th of November from 10:00 to 15:00. This much-anticipated event brings together students, families, teachers, staff, friends and the wider community for a day filled with festive cheer, creativity and charity. The Bazaar, open to the general public and with free entrance, reflects the school’s commitment to nurturing a close-knit community and spreading holiday joy.

A highlight of the Holiday season, the Bazaar will feature over 20 stalls from different producers and merchants, each offering its unique features. Students from all Year Groups of the school will participate by running a stall, giving students the opportunity to showcase their creativity, having worked hard over the past weeks crafting various items which they will proudly display and sell on the day. The Bazaar is therefore a vibrant and personal marketplace of handcrafted goods where financial and economic skills learnt in school are also applied in real life.

In addition to the student stalls, visitors can enjoy a delicious selection of food and drink options, including a mulled wine stall to keep everyone warm in the winter chill. Community members and families are invited to savour the festive treats while mingling and enjoying the lively atmosphere.

For the children, the Bazaar promises hours of entertainment with an array of activities. A bouncy castle will offer the usual endless fun, while games like Tin Can Alley, Pop the Balloon and Sponge the Teacher add an extra element of excitement. The star attraction is Santa’s Grotto, where children can meet Santa Claus himself and capture a memorable photo with him, adding a touch of magic to the day.

As part of the Sharing Education Group’s close-knit family of schools, Bright places a strong emphasis on community spirit and family involvement. Events like the Christmas Bazaar are integral to building lasting connections among students, families and school staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment that extends beyond the classroom. The Bazaar also encourages broader community engagement, inviting everyone to join in the celebration.

In the true spirit of giving, all proceeds from the event will be donated to the Existir Association. With no entry fee, Bright encourages everyone to attend and support the cause, making it a joyful day for all while contributing to a worthy initiative.

Bright International School invites all readers to join the event on Saturday the 16th of November, from 10:00 to 15:00, for a festive day filled with warmth, fun, and community connection, as well as a chance to visit the school and get to know the team firsthand.
