One Shot, it is worth remembering, won the 2024 National Urban Rehabilitation Award for its work on this hotel and the awards for Best Luxury Hotel in 2024 at a global level and Best Palace Hotel at a European level.

The project will also have support from the Cofides Impact program, part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and funding from Next GenerationEU.

This is the second operation in which Cofides and One Shot have collaborated after the company that manages funds from the Spanish State supported the hotel chain with the Fonrec fund, whose financing has already been fully amortized.
