Lisbon: The rain is set to continue over the weekend with some sunny spells and highs of 15 degrees. On Monday the rain is to become heavier with temperatures peaking at 16 degrees and dropping to lows of 11 degrees. The showers are to continue on Tuesday and Wednesday and it will be feeling a little cooler.

The north: Some sunny spells are expected between the showers on Saturday when temperatures are to peak at 14 degrees. On Sunday very heavy rain is forecast throughout the day. From Monday, until Wednesday, slightly lighter showers are expected each day with average highs of 14 degrees and lows of 5 degrees.

The centre: A mixture of sunshine and heavy rain is forecast for Saturday with highs of 14 degrees and lows of 6 degrees. On Sunday the rain is to ease a little but there will be no chance of any sunshine. From Tuesday the sun is expected to make intermittent appearances but the rain is to continue.

The south: The rain is to continue over the weekend however the showers are to become lighter and there will be prolonged periods of sunshine with highs of 18 degrees. On Monday a grey and wet day is expected with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 12 degrees. From Tuesday it is to be mainly dry with highs of 17 degrees.

Madeira: Some rain showers are forecast for Saturday when temperatures are to reach highs of 22 degrees and lows of 16 degrees. Sunday is to be mainly dry but there will be quite a lot of cloud about still. Rain is forecast again for Monday before drier weather settles in for the rest of the week.

The Azores: A mixture of sunshine and showers is predicted throughout the weekend with highs of 18 degrees and lows of 14 degrees. From Tuesday the rain is to ease for a couple of days but showers are to return again from Wednesday.
