Castro Marim, in the Algarve, will host another edition of the International Snail Festival this weekend, an event showcasing snail-based cuisine and Iberian flavours.

The event opens on Friday at 6:00 pm with a variety of cuisine, musical concerts, and street entertainment at the Santo António Revelim amphitheatre.
Organized by the municipality of Castro Marim, in the district of Faro, the event collaborates with local associations, which operate gastronomic stalls.
The options range from snail dishes to Spanish delicacies, reinforcing the festival's international character.
