A team of Swedish divers made a remarkable discovery when they found the Jönköping, carrying a cargo of 3,000 bottles of 1907 Heidsieck & Cº Monopole Goût Américain champagne when it sank in 1916.
The wreck was bound for St. Petersburg, with this champagne being almost all that survived the sinking, priced at around $150,000 per bottle today.
