The Algarve is once again set to host one of the region’s most inspiring women’s events. On 30 May, Amendoeira Golf Resort will host the third edition of the Just4Ladies “Fun and Sports Day” — a lifestyle-focused event created for women who value well-being, balance, connection, and meaningful experiences.

Bringing together sport, self-care, workshops and outdoor activities, Just4Ladies has become much more than just an event. It’s a celebration of female energy, authenticity and connection, all set within one of the Algarve’s most exclusive destinations.

Throughout the day, guests will be invited to step away from their daily routines and enjoy a programme designed to inspire movement, fun and personal growth. The morning begins with the “Fearless Ladies Circuit | Power Ladies Games”, a team-based experience featuring golf, padel, basketball, and pickleball, making full use of the resort’s Sports Centre facilities.

The event will also include moments dedicated to both physical and emotional well-being, such as Biodanza, Facial Yoga, and the workshop “Personal Year Cycles in Astrology”, creating space for reflection, balance, and self-care.

Lifestyle experiences will also play a central role, including a Summer Lunch and prize ceremony, a Gin Workshop, and a relaxed closing atmosphere with music from DJ SA.

Running alongside the event from 10:30am to 6pm will be the Mercadinho Amendoeira, a boutique market bringing together local producers, artisans and creative brands, while also showcasing the resort’s new range of handmade artisan products.
