Lisbon dominates the ranking, with eight streets in the top ten. The remaining two are located in Faro and Porto. Buying a house on the most expensive street in Portugal, the exclusive Avenida Brasil, in Cascais costs, on average, 2,743,000 euros. In the Algarve, the up-market Vale do Lobo urbanisation, in Almancil, ranks fourth on the list (2,476,245 euros).
