The new measures to be taken by the Government will be announced by António Costa, on Saturday. Yesterday Portugal registered the highest number of new daily cases since the start of the pandemic, with 4,224 new cases in 24 hours and 33 deaths associated with the covid-19 disease.

President Marcelo has admitted that the "borough lockdown" currently in place until the 3rd of November is not legally binding as Portugal is not in a "State of Emergency"
So long story short it looks like the President of Portugal has failed his own people by decreeing a restriction that is against the constitution.
Oh my God, whats next ? !
This is getting more embarrassing by the day if not the hour !

by the way, your government just realised the ban on movement between municipalities is unconstitutional.
too many sheep content to just follow orders, even the government is having a field day at your expense.
