Courts today resume face-to-face trials, but leaders in the sector anticipate that the return to normal activity will be asymmetrical and progressive, and in some cases it is difficult to fully ensure security measures against covid-19.
With this return to activity, face-to-face trials and questioning of witnesses will become the rule in the courts as of today.
