Nationwide, yesterday Portugal recorded 1,517 covid-19-related deaths, up five on Saturday, and 36,690 infections, up 227 in 24 hours.

Not surprised. Especially in the north. I went into a cafe last week at 06.30 and during the next 15 minutes at least 20 builder's came in, all without masks. 3 women entered wearing masks and alongside myself were the only ones. Got pictures to prove it too.

And there will be a lot more cases over the next 2 weeks because of all the folks from the north who came down for the last 5 days,.for holiday.
