Both unleaded petrol and diesel are set to rise by one cent a litre, reaching levels last seen before emergency measures were announced in Portugal three months ago.
Portugal currently has the fifth most expensive petrol in Europe, while diesel is ranked tenth.

How is this possible? on 1st March oil was at $51.44 per barrel and one Euro bought $1.105. Yesterday the oil price was $38.00 and the exchange rate provided $1.1262 per one Euro. It doesn't make sense.
