The debate requested by the Government on the “strategic vision for the Portugal 2020-2030 Economic Recovery Plan” starts at 3pm and will last for approximately two hours, being opened by the Prime Minister, António Costa.

AS AN ECONOMIST, IT IS NOT JUST RECEIVING STIMULUS PACKAGE FROM EU BUT DIRECTING IT TO APPROPRIATE SECTORS AND DE-REGULATION OF SO MANY ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES THEREIN. NO COUNTRY OPERATES AS AN ISLAND. IT IS A GIVE AND TAKE SYSTEM WHICH PORTUGAL DOESN'T WANT. THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE, A ONE SIDED ECONOMY.
