The Portuguese Met Office has issued several warnings, with the entire northern half of the country placed on yellow alert. The storm, which is expected to result in localized flooding as it heads north to France and the UK, will see temperatures drop substantially in Portugal, falling by around five degrees to what has been customary in recent days.
