In a statement, the PSP said that the operation will take place in mainland Portugal and in all the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores.
“Although we are still in a pandemic context, it is expected that with the opening of the bathing season there will be a greater flow of people and vehicles to bathing areas, as well as increased traffic on the main roads and a greater number of users of public transport, especially those that serve the bathing areas”, says the PSP.
Therefore, PSP will concentrate its operational capacity in order to increase the feeling of security in bathing areas, residential, tourist and commercial areas and main roads.
The PSP will also monitor compliance with the measures in force under the covid-19 pandemic.

Big party on the beach last night. Nobody cares. I had the time of my life. The politicians need to understand, nobody cares. Nobody cares. Nobody cares. Nobody cares. Nobody cares.
