With inspiration in Portuguese cuisine traditions and the wonderful fresh produce of the Algarve region Chef Luis Brito’s vast experience is helping him create unique combinations and exciting twists to the dishes he serves.

The menu for the friendly gastronomic lunch had wines expertly selected and pared by Sommelier Claudia Abrantes who took the time to knowledgeably answer any queries and questions the group had regarding the wines she had selected.
