The most popular city in
Europe to build a start-up business went to Bucharest, the capital of Romania,
according to data from Paymentsense.

“There were 402,428
start-ups from 2015 to 2019, with a huge proportion being in the software
sector. Romania ranked higher than Hungary with 344, 772 start-ups in the same
duration.
