Balance Natural Restaurant & Cafe is introducing a new, more autumnal menu, with a clear focus on local and seasonal products. Inês Nunes, the owner of the space, wanted to keep this menu in line with the concept of the space, "here everything is made with a lot of love and from scratch".

Lunch

With an almost entirely vegan offer, the new menu brings even more gluten-free options such as “Sem Culpa”, a lasagna of red lentils with "layers" of zucchini and eggplant, or “Algarviada”, a dish full of different textures and contrasting flavors with smoked tempeh, mashed sweet potato, almond and orange.

Located in Bemposta, Portas do Sol, this recently renovated space, with its clean, bright decor and full of natural elements, is a hidden gem that, as soon as you enter, makes you want to stay for long hours. Some people come to work or study and have a good meal in between.

The restaurant has a large open interior area, but there is also the possibility of sitting outside and enjoying the Algarve climate. "Those who pass by are not indifferent to the outdoor spaces. The good Algarve weather is also an invitation to choose one of Balance's two terraces."

Brunch

In addition, to the fantastic lunch vegetarian and vegan meals that you can find in this restaurant, they also invest a lot on their brunch. “The options for our famous brunch are also in keeping with the season we're already in, especially the pumpkin and granola pancakes or the apple and cinnamon smoothies. Everything is designed to make visitors feel the true flavor of autumn”.

Dinner

With the change in the menu, there has also been a change in the opening hours, which are now extended to every Friday and Saturday night, opening from 9.30 to 10pm, this space is now an excellent option to start the weekend. The atmosphere at night is almost magical, the play of light and the colors of the space make this a place of choice for moments of sharing.
